How will Invoices from QuickBooks Online sync to Link4?

UEN Field Guidelines for Successful e-Invoicing Submissions

To ensure your e-invoices are successfully submitted and flow through to Link4 automatically, please populate the UEN (Unique Entity Number) field according to the transaction type outlined below.

Accepted UEN Values

  • B2C
    Use this value for Business-to-Consumer (B2C) invoices.

  • PCP
    Use this value for PCP purchases.

  • NA
    Use this value for single, one-off transactions where no UEN is applicable.

Important Note

Only the above values are accepted for the UEN field. Using any other value may result in the transaction failing to sync with Link4.
