Migrating from Link4 + QuickBooks to the Native QuickBooks InvoiceNow Solution (Singapore)
If you are currently using Link4's InvoiceNow integration with QuickBooks and would like to switch to the native QuickBooks InvoiceNow solution, you will first need to have your existing Link4 InvoiceNow registration removed.
How to Request Deregistration:Please submit a support ticket to the Link4 Customer Success Team with the following information:
- Click here to open a support ticket
- Provide your UEN (Unique Entity Number) in the description
- In the subject state: "Request to enrol for the native QuickBooks InvoiceNow solution."
What Happens Next?Once we receive your request, we will:
- Verify your business details to deregister your existing Link4 InvoiceNow registration.
- Notify you once the deregistration has been completed.
- Link4 Account will be deactivated
FAQs
Why do I need to deregister from Link4 first?
A business can only have one active InvoiceNow registration for the same endpoint. Your existing Link4 registration must be removed before you can enrol using the native QuickBooks InvoiceNow solution.
How long does the deregistration process take?
Our Customer Success Team will process your request as soon as possible (24 hours) and notify you once it has been completed.
What information should I include in my support ticket?
Please include:
- Your Singapore UEN.
- The statement: "Request to enrol for the native QuickBooks InvoiceNow solution."
This ensures your request is routed and processed correctly.
