[Xero Users] Adding Sherriff Electrical as a Supplier

To add Sherriff Electrical as a supplier in Xero, please follow these steps:

1: Click the plus sign in the top-right corner, and the click contacts from the drop-down menu, then follow the pictures below:

Then, you will need to create a 'test' purchase bill first in order for Xero to automatically categorise Sherriff Electrical as a Supplier. To do this:

1) Click Accounts --> Purchases

2) Click 'New' 

3) Add Sherriff Electrical in 'From', then click Save.

Once that is done, log in to your Link4 account (click on the login button on the top right side). You will then see a page that allows you to easily connect to Sherriff Electrical:

Click on the "Synchronize Contacts" button to update your contacts in Link4, then select the Sherriff Electrical entry you just created, then select an default account for the Invoice:

Then click "Submit" and you will be connected to Sherriff Electrical and receive their invoices directly into your Xero.
