🚀 New Feature: Add User Function

Managing users in Link4 InoviceExpress is now easier with the introduction of the Add User feature. This enhancement allows administrators to quickly create and manage additional users within the system.

✨ What's New?

Administrators can now onboard new team members instantly from the My Users settings page, providing greater flexibility and faster team setup.

📋 How to Add a New User

  1. Navigate to Settings in the left menu.
  2. Select My Users from the menu.
  3. You will be redirected to the My Users page.
  4. Click the Add New User button, as shown in the diagram below.
  5. Enter the required user information and click Save to send an invite to your new user.

The maximum number of users you can add depends on your active subscription plan.

  • To check your current limit or upgrade your plan to accommodate more users, navigate to Settings > Subscription Plan.
