[MYOB AR Live users] How to Allocate a Default Account, Invoice Layout, Job ID & Category to your Suppliers
Once you have successfully connected with your suppliers in Link4, you should be able to see them in your dashboard.
To allocate a supplier to a default account, please follow the steps below.
Step 1 Go to the "My Suppliers" page and find the supplier that you want to update.
Step 2 Open the "Supplier Details" by clicking on the chosen supplier name.
Step 3 Under the "Connection Details" section, choose the appropriate account from the "Transaction Account" drop-down list.
Step 4 (Optional) Select the appropriate "Invoice Layout" for your supplier.
Step 5 Finally, click the "Update Details" button to confirm your changes.
