[MYOB AR] If the Company File box is blank

[MYOB AR] If the Company File box is blank

If the "Company File" box is blank, check if the following requirements are satisfied:

  1. You are using MYOB AccountRight (Standard, Plus or Premier), not other MYOB products such as Essentials or AccountEdge. 
  2. You are using MYOB AccountRight v2011 or later, not the desktop versions v19 and earlier.
  3. Your company file is stored on the cloud and not on your local computer. At the bottom right-hand corner of your MYOB AccountRight screen, a green box with the "Online" label indicates that the company file is on the cloud.
