If the "Company File" box is blank, check if the following requirements are satisfied:
- You are using MYOB AccountRight (Standard, Plus or Premier), not other MYOB products such as Essentials or AccountEdge.
- You are using MYOB AccountRight v2011 or later, not the desktop versions v19 and earlier.
- Your
company file is stored on the cloud and not on your local computer. At
the bottom right-hand corner of your MYOB AccountRight screen, a green
box with the "Online" label indicates that the company file is on the
cloud.
