I'm not receiving my invoices via email

The mail spam filter is one of the most common reasons why your emails go to spam. To stop your invoices from going to your "Spam/Junk" folder,  please ensure that you add Link4 as a whitelist/safe sender. 

If you find that you're not receiving invoices from E&S, please do the following steps to resolve the issue:

Note: The steps vary depending on what email platform you are using. In this example, we're using Zoho Mail. 


Step 1. Go to your "Spam/Junk" folder.



Step 2.  Find the email with this subject line example "You have received a new invoice 000000 from E & S Electrical Wholesalers Pty Ltd". Open the email and click "Trust this sender" inside the warning box at the top. 




Once you have done these steps, your future emails from Link4 should go directly to your inbox.
