How to obtain the updated invoice in LinkFor?
If you have made any changes to an invoice in your Xero, QBO or MYOB AR after it was saved, you can obtain the updated invoice in LinkFor and then send the corrected invoice to your Customer.
You can identify the invoice in LinkFor Invoices page under "Waiting for Approval" status.
Step 1 : Open the particular invoice in LinkFor and click on the "Get Updated invoice From QBO" button.
Step 2 : Click on the "Send to Customer" button at the bottom of the invoice page.
You will only have this option if you have enabled the below approval step for invoices allowing you to review the invoice once again before it's delivered to your Customer.
