STEP 1: Create your Link4 Account through BOC's page. Click
HERE.
1A. On this page, scroll down and click on the "SIGN UP TO DIGITAL INVOICING FOR FREE" button.
1B. On this pop-up box, enter the required information. Click "I'm not a robot", then click the "SIGN UP" button.
STEP 2: Next, you will be prompted to select your accounting software. Click the accounting software that you are using and follow the prompts. In this case, we will connect to Xero to show you an example.
Not using any accounting software? We got you covered! Click on
"I'm not using any of these" and follow these
STEPS.
STEP 3: After clicking the Xero Logo on the accounting software selection page, you will be redirected to Xero. Please log in to Xero.
STEP 4: Click "Allow Access" to synchronise data.
STEP 5: Make sure that BOC is selected as a supplier and their ABN (95000029729) is correct, allocate a default transaction account, then click "SUBMIT".
Note: For New Zealand, the NZBN is 9429040953946.
Once you are finished with all the steps, you should be able to see your dashboard and BOC should appear under "Recent Connections".
You can now receive BOC invoices directly into your accounting software.
