How to add the UEN of your Customers and Suppliers?

If your Customer/Supplier is not on the e-invoicing Network (Peppol), you can add the UEN and then invite them to join the Peppol (Invoice Now) Network via LinkFor.

UEN is the standard identification number of an entity. In order to deliver an e-invoice, you must add your Customer's UEN.

Go to the "My Network" page and under the "Invite to eInvoicing" section you will see if the UEN needs to be updated.

Once you have updated the UEN, you can click on the "Invite to PEPPOL" button and invite them to send or receive eInvoices. (clicking on the Invite to PEPPOL button will send an invitation via email to your Customer/Supplier to join the network)
