Can I Send Invoices to Customers not in Link4?
Yes.
You can send all your invoices even when your customers are not connected to Link4 or to any cloud accounting software. Link4 will send your invoices as PDF attachment. Moreover, there is no need to create an email template. Link4 will do it for you and automatically attach the PDF versions of the invoices.
This feature is disabled by default. To enable, please follow the steps below.
Step 1 Log in to your Link4 account. Go to the
Settings menu, in the Bottom ft corner of the website, and go to the
Settings tab.
Step 2 Under the Invoices section, navigate to the Send PDF invoices to customers who are not connected to Link4 setting and click Yes.
Step 3 Save your changes.
All your invoices will now be sent through Link4.
